Educational Interactive Wall
This project educates the public about energy consumption and efficiency throughout the seasons in the beautiful Chelan area. It's an immersive learning experience that started as a concept for a single household, evolving into an environment reflecting the area's holistic energy efficiency needs. The final product is a multilingual app that dynamically changes its content and visuals to reflect the current season.
Along the Way
CHELAN project as well focuses on creating educational add-on games. These games include a coloring game, a matching game, and a unique Sasquatch Game. All three games utilize hand-drawn illustrations specifically designed for a younger audience. The art style prioritizes a playful and engaging aesthetic, making it more appealing to children compared to isometric illustrations, which
can often feel more technical.
The Sasquatch Game takes place across four different rooms within a house. Players encounter a messes made by Sasquatch that are impacting energy efficiency. The objective of the game is to help identify these mistakes and implement solutions to make the home more energy efficient. A battery indicator keeps track of the remaining time, adding a sense of urgency and encouraging players to make quick and efficient decisions.

During the app's development, a concept arose to create a complementary educational play rug. The rug features a map of the Chelan area and its landmarks, designed for children to play with toy cars.
